At bubliq, we have simplified the process of exchanging your empty CO2 canisters through our convenient online CO2 cylinder refill service. Choose from refill packages containing 3 or 6 CO2 cylinders. We accept CO2 cartridges from all brands for exchange, except for SodaStream Quick Connect CO2 cartridges. Our CO2 cartridges fit all soda makers on the market, except SodaStream models with Quick Connect.
You can exchange your CO2 cartridges in our online exchange service. When using our exchange system, it's necessary to have the same number of CO2 cartridges when placing an order for an exchange.
After delivery of your new full CO2 cartridges, place the empty cartridges in the same parcel, stick the enclosed return label on the parcel and send it back to us. After receiving your new full CO2 cartridges, you have 14 days to return the empty cartridges to us.
In order to offer you a competitive price for CO2 canister exchange, we've set a minimum requirement of 3 cartridges. This quantity optimises the cost-effectiveness of shipping and handling, streamlining the exchange process for everyone involved.
Yes, you can exchange your bubliq CO2 cartridges for other brands. All CO2 cartridges are part of a universal system and are therefore the same regardless of brand.
However, please note that some brands do not wish to exchange with other brands. We recommend checking with the specific brand for their exchange policies.

You can exchange your CO2 cartridge at bubliq. We exchange CO2 cartridges from all brands, except SodaStream Quick Connect CO2 cartridges. If your CO2 cartridge is the same as the one in the picture, you not exchange it with us.
To find out the price of a refill, simply go to the package you want to exchange. Shipping costs can be calculated on the checkout page. Please remember that our online refill service requires a minimum exchange of 3 CO2 cylinders.
We require a deposit to cover the cost of new CO2 cartridges if the empties are not returned within 14 days.
Once we receive the empty cartridges, the deposit reservation is automatically canceled.
Yes, there is a deposit when exchanging for a new one, but only if you're exchanging.
Kindly note, that we are not a deposit or return scheme that offers refunds for empty cartridges. Instead, we provide an exchange service where we swap your empty cartridges for new full ones.

We are happy to exchange the standard SodaStream CO2 cartridge with a screw thread.
However, we do not exchange SodaStream Quick Connect CO2 cartridges as these particular cartridges are exclusively designed to fit SodaStream machines and are not compatible with other soda makers available on the market.
