Before you return

Why do you want to return your products? It is important that you tell us why you want to return your products, and wether you want to use your 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase. Send an email to and a few lines about why you want to return your products. 

How to return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In your return, please make sure to include the receipt or invoice as proof of your purchase. When your return is ready, please send it to:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Wrapping and packing

The goods must be returned in its original packing and preferably in the same cardboard box as received in. In case the box is gone, please make sure to wrap and pack the goods properly. A cardboard box is considered proper packing.

Condition of returned items

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged properly, you might receive a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value. Read more about condition of returned items in our terms and conditions
