Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example through our online return form or by contacting us by e-mail at info@bubliq.com
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation of receipt.
How to return
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your order. You can return your order by using the return address below, or by using our return portal. Whichever option you choose, please include the receipt or invoice as proof of your purchase. Once your return is ready, please send it to:

You can return your items through our return portal. Select your country from the list and open the portal to start your return. The cost of the return label is shown in the list.
Wrapping and packing
The goods must be returned in their original packing and preferably in the same cardboard box as received in. In case the box is lost, please make sure to pack the goods properly. A cardboard box is considered proper packing.
Condition of returned items
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing any parts, or damaged during the return because it wasn't packaged properly, you might receive a partial refund to account for the loss in the product's value. Read more about condition of returned items in our terms & conditions.
