The following terms and conditions and privacy policy apply to all purchases on bubliq's website.

bubliq receives payment with VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay and Klarna.
Payment will be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All prices on the website include 25% VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing: EUR, DKK, SEK and NOK. You can choose the currency in the upper left corner of the website. bubliq uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by third parties.

Delivery and Shipment

List of countries we ship to.


Shipments to Denmark is delivered by GLS. The delivery time is 1-2 business days and at checkout you have the option to choose home delivery or parcel shop. Delivery to parcel shop is free on orders above DKK 500.


Shipments to Norway are delivered by DHL. The delivery time is 2-6 business days and the package is delivered to your home address.

Tax and duty

All packages are sent Incoterms DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). bubliq ApS is registered in the Norwegian VOEC scheme (VAT on E-commerce) and report and pay VAT directly to the Norwegian tax authorities. This means your package is cleared for VAT and import duties when you receive your package. Hence, additional fees or VAT will not be applied when you receive your package.

The total amount you see in checkout is the amount you will pay. 


Shipments to Belgium are delivered by Postnord/DPD. You can choose a package shop at checkout.


Shipments to Finland are delivered by GLS. The delivery time is 3-5 business days and the package will be delivered to your home address.


Shipments to France are delivered by Postnord. The delivery time is 3-5 business days and you can choose a parcel shop at checkout.

Shipments to Germany are delivered by Postnord/DPD. The delivery time is 3-5 business days and you can choose a package shop at checkout.


Shipments to Switzerland are delivered by Postnord as home delivery. We deduct 25% VAT from your total order amount on checkout, as Switzerland is outside the EU. Please kindly note, that your package may be subject to local fees and tax upon arrival in Switzerland.


Shipments to Poland are delivered by Postnord/DPD. The delivery time is 3-5 days and you can choose a package shop at checkout.


Shipments to Austria are delivered by GLS. The delivery time is 3-5 business days and you can choose a parcel shop at checkout.


Shipments to Sweden are delivered by PostNord. The delivery time is 2-4 business days and you can choose delivery to package shop or home delivery at checkout.

Return and refund policy

bubliq offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs you incur yourself. The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal. If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, please send an e-mail to: [email protected]. In your email, you have to state, that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

The goods must be returned in its original packing and preferably in the same cardboard box as received in. In case the box is gone, please make sure to wrap and pack the goods properly. A cardboard box is considered proper packing.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

Condition of returned items

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged properly, you might receive a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value. You can try the item in the same way, as if you were shopping in a physical store, to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. If the item is tested/used, it is considered used and of decreased value. Used products cannot receive a full refund, and you will likely receive a partial or no refund, depending on the condition. It is solely up to bubliq to evaluate the item's condition and to determine if a partial or no amount can be refunded.

2-year warranty

According to EU legislation, you have a 2-year valid warranty from the day of purchase. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, i.e. defects and faults that the product had before sales. Complaints regarding defects and faults must be reported to bubliq in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of 2 months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

Please be aware, that the warranty is invalidated by:
- Improper care or wrong use of the product
- An accident that occurs after the purchase
- Defects related to not following the instructions provided in the user manual

Any attempt to repair the product will also invalidate the guarantee. Use of incompatible bottles will invalidate the guarantee as well.

If you wish to file a complaint, please sent you complaint to [email protected] Please clearly state the reason for contacting us, and describe the problem and/or product defect as detailed as possible. Please remember to state your name and order number when filing a complaint. In case the product can be repaired or exchanged to a new one, there will not be made any refunds. In case we need to test the product for defects or faults, the product should be sent to the following address:

If the return concerns a complaint or product defect, we will refund reasonable shipping costs, if we determine the product has a defect. Remember to state your name, order number and complaint in the return package so we can identify the order and investigate the issue. Complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery (COD).

Privacy Policy

bubliq ApS ensures that your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the rights and responsibilities under the applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. If you wish, you can have you information deleted at any time.

For you to enter an agreement with bubliq ApS, we need the following information:

- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal information is registered with bubliq ApS, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.


The CEO and employees of bubliq have access to the information recorded about you.

As registered with bubliq, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact [email protected].
